Warmliner Conversion Kit for Maverick

Description

Maverick is an F5K RC electric glider, originally designed for thermal flying.

However, the airfoil used with Maverick through allows for a wide flying speed envelope, depending on the conditions.

The wing also allows for different camber settings, including speed mode with a flat bottom shape and a slightly reflexed top shape.

Turn Maverick Into A Warmliner

So in case, you would prefer to launch your gliders for some speedy runs on the slope or at the field, a polyhedral wing might not be the best thing you would like to have…

Keeping that in mind, and considering that it’s an easy mod, you can use this conversion kit to eliminate the dihedral between the central panel of the wing and the detachable wingtips. And make your wing halves completely flat.

A warmliner will better suite this glider name then ;)))

This kit contains ribs and half ribs to replace the corresponding ones from the original Maverick F5K kit.

Well, and with this mod and a slope soaring spot nearby, why would you need a motor, ha? 😉
