Self Checkout On The Website

Flight Point accepts payments via credit or debit cards only.

All prices are set in United States Dollars (USD). If you are paying with a credit cart which currency differs from USD, the card issuer will perform the currency conversion.

To place an order on the website, add the chosen product to the cart and process it to the checkout submit your payment information and complete your order.

Manual (Custom Orders)

For the custom orders, you will be sent with the manual invoice.

All manual invoices should be paid with the credit or debit card within 5 business days after receiving. All manual invoices includes a link to the payment page.

All payments (manual and automated) are getting verified by Stripe (payment pocessor) to secure the transactions.

Taxes

VAT is not included in the price.

All models are shipped from Ukraine and may be coonsidered as import while shipping to your country.

You can request to change the declared value of your order while shipping to meet your country regulations.

If you are from US our online store will apply an additional tax on checkout. If you wish to get rid of this tax, email us to get a manual invoice instad.

Shipping

We ship all your orders worldwide via Registered Air Mail.

For the items on the website, no additional fees will be charged for shipping. An average delivery time is 10 – 25 days.

The delivery time varies depending on the country, so to find out the average delivery time for your particular country, please visit this page.

Express shipping with EMS is available on request and takes approx 7-15 days. Extra costs may apply.

The average processing time for the products in stock is approx 1-3 business days.

For the pre-order and backorder items, please refer to the processing time indicated on the specific product page.

You’ll be provided with the tracking number for each order if no other option is specified.

Please, note! Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic delays, while shipping your orders may occur.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the product you’ve got, please, contact us to discuss the best option to supply a replacement.

You may be asked to ship the product back to us and such shipping is usually covered by the buyer. Some custom terms may apply for each particular case.

Pre-order payments may be returned in case the seller (Flight Point) can’t supply the ordered product in the previously agreed term. No charges apply in this case.

Pre-order deposit should be considered as non-refundable in case a buyer requests to cancel the order after 5 days of it being placed. If canceled within 5 days after the order is placed, you’ll get a 100% refund, no questions asked.
