Description
Take a break from the real world and hang loose with Shaka – a portable 1-meter slope glider. It is a flying wing, that is designed for endless joy on a windy day or on a flat field.
Shaka RC Slope Glider Kit features a classic balsa/plywood construction, reinforced with carbon fiber spars and a leading edge. The updated kit can be built as both electric-powered and pure glider with no major difference in the AUW.
It is reasonably easy to build in approx. 6-10 hours.

A Portable RC Slope Glider
Shaka Slope Glider is collapsible for transportation and storage. Simply unscrew 2 bolts and take the fuselage and both wings apart.
It’s as easy as that.
The fuselage has a hatch for easy access to the interior and electronics. Two servos, there is a room for almost any ~10g servo, are glued onto the dedicated plates in the wing and drive two elevons.
In addition, you can choose to install any 1406 or 1507 drone motors to make your Shaka powered for flat-field fun or emergency rescues on the slope.
The fuse is designed to fit 25mm spinners that fit on M5 threaded shaft motors.
This Slope Glider Kit comes with a complete accessory set that includes M4 plastic wing mounting bolts and a pair of M4 nuts to be glued into the fuselage during assembly, control horns, ball linkages, and servo horn clevises for pushrods, etc.
Note: a covering film is not included in the Kit.
